Patient: Hello. My name is Tina Watson. I have an appointment with Dr. Kang at two o'clock.
Receptionist: Good afternoon, Ms. Watson. Is this your first time visiting Dr. Kang?
Patient: Yes, it is. I've never been here before.
Receptionist: Okay. You need to fill out these forms, please. It should take about ten minutes.
