Cut up the chili and garlic. Add to a hot pan. 2. Cut up the onion. Add to the pan. 3. Cut up the chicken into small pieces. Add to the pan. Cook until it turns white. 4. Add the rice, kecap manis, and the shrimp paste. Cook for 2 minutes. 5. Cut up the tomatoes, cucumber, and lime. 6. Fry the eggs. 7.
